Welcome to Avalon! We are located in Brunswick County, NC about halfway between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. A 15 minute drive puts us in the quaint town of Southport or on the beaches of Oak Island.
We have a nice mixture of young families and retirees in our 375 homes. Caring people make us a special neighborhood. Stop in sometime to see our community.
