Many thanks to those who were able to attend the Annual Budget Ratification meeting on November 19th. We had 83 lots/homes represented. Since attendance did not reach 50% of the 379 homeowners in Avalon, no vote was taken and the budget was automatically ratified for 2026.
We ask once again to consider volunteering for one of our committees. Most committees are understaffed and two committees have been reactivated to monitor a few areas of concern for the Board. The pay is nil and the effort minimal but the help you’d be giving is major.
