Maintenance work on Stormwater System

Funding for 2026 includes Spring and Fall flower planting at the front entrance and Amenity Center. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Fall and Holiday seasonal decorating will also be budgeted. The funds will be supplied from savings on the landscaping contract by cancelling flower installation.
We will also be helping the Board inspect various landscaping issues that have been reported in common areas.
